Duryea Gette

Owner

“I have enjoyed my trips aboard the Princess for years. My hope is that all of our customers come away with the same love of Erie, the Peninsula, and Presque Isle Bay that I have experienced while embarking the Victorian Princess.”

Duryea was born and raised in Erie. She is married and a mother of four children. An Erie School District teacher for 25 years, Duryea has also worked with the Princess for two years as Owner & Cruise Director. She also recently received her Captain’s License!

Don Cowey

Captain

Boating on the Chesapeake Bay and Susquehanna River since age 6. Boating experience in Scandinavia. Licensed in the USA since 2010. Professional working member of International Shipmasters Association.

Dave Russell

Captain

Captain Dave has been on the water all of his life and has owned some type on vessel since he was 12. He has owned power boats and cabin cruisers but his true love is sailing. Dave thought it would be an interesting and fun adventure to pilot a larger vessel so he earned his Merchant Marine Captain’s license and when the opportunity to pilot the Victorian Princess came he welcomed the new adventure!

Bob Stadler

Captain

Born and raised in Erie. Father of 7 and engaged. “I have loved the water ever since I was younger out on my Father’s boat”. “Currently have my own boat and enjoy that just as much”. I enjoy the water so much I became a scuba diver and currently working on my Master Diver”. Becoming one of the Captains of the Victorian Princess had made my love of the water even more.

Mark Coursey

Captain

Mark was born and raised in Erie, PA and lived along Lake Erie Shores. Previously he was a Presque Isle State Park Lifeguard. After becoming a U.S.C.G captain in 1984, he started his fishing charter business in 1985. His journey with the Victorian Princess began in 2013, and he obtained his Captain’s license to be able to operate the 100 ton master vessel. “This is a fun vessel to run- great memories for all. Betty Kelley

Office Manager/Reservationist

Titusville native, Betty Kelley is currently the office manager for the Victorian Princess.  She enjoys meeting and socializing with our guests and helping them select the best cruise for their enjoyment.

Linda Long

Reservationist

Linda was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and made Erie her home 38 years ago, when when she started a a job as a Reading Specialist in Harborcreek School District for 35 years. She has been enjoying retirement since 2017. Linda is married and the Mother of one daughter. Linda loves the outdoors and spending time on or near the water.

“As someone who always had a great time on cruises aboard the Victorian Princess, I enjoy being a part of the team to help customers find and experience an outstanding cruise with us”.

Lexi Gette

Server

Alexis Ann Gette has been with the Victorian Princess for the last three years. She enjoys working with her family’s business and serving the customers of the Victorian Princess. She is a 2020 graduate and will attend Temple University in the fall and study Biology.

Janet and Bill Miller, owners, established Sabella’s Catering in 1983 as a small family run business.  Our company has grown and has become a well-known and respected catering company, still run and managed by family members.
